ORDERING
It’s quick and easy to shop with us:
- Browse our collection and open the product you’d like.
- Choose your Style (e.g., Black / Chinese Collar).
- Tap Size Guide & Dimensions if you’d like to review the tutorial and measurements.
- Select your Size and quantity, then click Add to Cart.
- Click the cart icon to review your items and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
Yes, you can cancel or make changes within 24–48 hours before shipment.

We’ll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible!
No worries! If the item is marked available for preorder, you can reserve it right away. Preorder items usually ship within 5–10 days, or 15–30 days depending on stock status.
If the item isn’t open for preorder, you can simply sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s back in stock.
At checkout, enter your code in the “Discount code” box and click Apply. Your total will update automatically to reflect the discount.
For your privacy, we recommend not using your real name. Feel free to get creative or borrow inspiration from other reviews! Just remember to include both a first and last name, and add a photo with your review.
Verified reviews receive a blue badge and may be featured on our Happy Customers page.

We accept a wide range of secure payment options through PayMongo/Xendit:

⚠️ Please note: We do not offer standard COD at checkout due to fraud risks. However, if you prefer COD, you may contact our Facebook customer support team.
You’ll be asked to settle the shipping fee in advance, and we will create a draft order for you in our system. Once your order ships, you’ll be notified via email.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through trusted partners like PayMongo and Xendit, which use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

Yes! We offer installment payments through BillEase and Atome when you check out via PayMongo/Xendit. More flexible payment options are on the way stay tuned!

Yes! An invoice will be sent to your email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
You can also view and download it anytime from your account under Order History.
SHIPPING
We ship nationwide and offer several delivery options:
- Metro Manila & Calabarzon – Next-day delivery via Lalamove
- Other Areas Nationwide – 3–7 business days via LBC
If your area is tagged as Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ) by LBC, don’t worry. Our team will contact or text you directly and arrange to ship your order through J&T Express instead.
We’ll make sure your package reaches you without hassle.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package’s journey.
Additionally, you can track your order anytime through your account.mariquenoph.com and log in with the same email associated with your order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, don’t worry, we’ll help track it down. Please contact us with your order number so we can coordinate with our partner couriers.
In rare cases where an order is confirmed lost in transit or never delivered, our team will review the situation and provide the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund (if applicable under our Return & Exchange Policy).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be reviewed by our team before processing.
- Please contact us first or submit a return request directly through your account.mariquenoph.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and let you know if it’s eligible.
- Once approved, we will guide you through our Return & Exchange Policy process step by step.
- After we receive the item in its original condition, your exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Yes! If you received the wrong size, or if your Barong Tagalog or shoes don’t fit, you can contact us to arrange an exchange. Please include your order number and the size you need.
We honor exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, but you may request one if:
- You did not receive your item after completing payment.
- Your order is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
- A special case has been reviewed and approved by our customer support team.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Please note that refunds cannot be guaranteed unless your case specifically falls under one of the three criteria above.

We do not offer free returns, except in cases where the issue is on our end. In those situations, we will fully shoulder the return shipping costs. This applies if:
- We sent you the wrong size.
- We sent you the wrong item.
- You received a faulty or damaged product.
- The item arrived in bad condition or was deemed unusable.
- There was a packing or fulfillment error on our side.
For all other cases (such as change of mind or sizing issues), the cost of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that free returns are only available if your case specifically falls under the categories above.

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
After the 7-day window, we can no longer accept return or exchange requests.

- Check your inbox for a verification code.
- Enter the code, and you’re all set!
Your account will now be active, and you can start enjoying a faster, smoother shopping experience.
You can easily request a return directly through your Mariqueño account. Please follow these steps carefully:
- Go to account.mariquenoph.com and log in with your email.
- Click the hamburger icon (☰) on the top left and select Orders.
- Choose the order you want to return.
- Click Request return.
- From the dropdown menu, select the reason for return (e.g., size too small, wrong item, damaged).
- In the Note section, explain your concern in detail. This is very important so our team can review your case properly.
- Once done, click Request return to submit your request.
- You’ll see a confirmation that your return request was sent and is under review.
⚠️ Please be patient. Our team reviews all return requests carefully, and this may take up to 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email update once your request has been processed.
📌 Important: Return shipping is not automatically provided. You will need to shoulder the cost of return shipping unless your case falls under our free return conditions (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong item, defective or damaged product).
Please note that you cannot track the progress of your return inside your account, so the best step is to contact us if 48 hours have passed without an update:

If your return request was declined, it usually means the item doesn’t qualify under our Return & Exchange Policy. Common reasons include:
- The item is a final sale item or an accessory (non-returnable).
- The request was submitted beyond the 7-day eligibility window.
- The item does not meet our original condition requirements (unused, unwashed, with tags/packaging).
- The reason for return doesn’t fall under our accepted categories (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong item, defective product, etc.).

- Edit your name and email address by clicking the ✎ (edit) icon.
- Update or add a new shipping address under the Addresses section.
- Change your phone number linked to your delivery details.
Be sure to save your changes so your account information stays updated for future orders.
Tip: When placing another order, always use the same account. Otherwise, you won’t be able to apply repeat discount codes like THANKS150 (₱150 off your next order) or COMEBACK10 (10% off your next order).
We don’t use passwords for logins. As long as your email is active, you’ll receive a verification code to access your account.
If you enter a different email, the system will create a new account instead, so make sure you always use the same email associated with your orders. This ensures you can see your purchase history and track your orders properly.

No, we currently do not offer customizations. What you see on our website mariquenoph.com is exactly what we have available. All styles, sizes, and designs are sold as listed.
