EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange at Mariqueño, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this window, we will no longer be able to accept exchange requests.

The item is in the same condition as when you received it. FOR LEATHER SHOES It should be free of any damage caused by customer mishandling such as scratches, creases, stains, alterations, or signs of wear. If the shoes have CREASES BEYOND REPAIR due to fitting, we will require a P500 fee since the shoes will be tagged as for clearance sale.

The item must be unworn or unused, with all tags, labels, and inserts intact.

The item is NOT a custom order, premium collaboration, gift cards, accessory, final sale items or a personalized product.

The item must not contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
STARTING AN EXCHANGE REQUEST
(FOR CUSTOMERS "OUTSIDE METRO MANILA (VIA LBC / JNT Shipment)"
Step 1: Reach out to us through our Facebook Page for immediate assistance on your exchange.
Step 3: Send a clear photo of the item in its current state for us to take a look and include your receipt to validate your purchase and exchange request.
Step 4: Go to your nearest LBC branch.
Ship to the following address:
- Recipient: Joshua Odiada

- LBC LILAC MARIKINA BRANCH
- CMT-08 CODE
- Payment Method: CASH ON PICKUP
- Declare Value: ₱100–₱140 PESOS (for exchange shipping)
Step 5: Ship your exchange item back to us.
- Send the ITEM ONLY. DO NOT INCLUDE THE PACKAGING/BOX (this will triple the shipping fee)

FOR BAGS/ BARONG Please use a KILOBOX SMALL provided by LBC for all exchanges.
- FOR LEATHER SHOES , Please use SMALL BOX only
⚠️ Do not use any other box to avoid delays or rejection.
Once our team receives the exchange item:
- The exchange shipping fee (approximately ₱100–₱140) will be refunded to you via the LBC tracking number.
- Please ensure you provide the correct contact number on the waybill form so you can claim your exchange.
- The exchange value can then be used to claim your replacement item.
✅ In short, you’ll only spend ₱100–₱140 to send the item back, and this cost will be reimbursed to you once we receive your exchange.

Step 3: Inform us that you’d like to schedule a exchange. We’ll confirm and guide you through the booking process.
Important Notes:
STRICTLY NO REFUND once order is confirmed.
Please make sure all order details are final before placing your order. This policy especially applies to unreasonable change-of-mind cancellations or requests after confirmation.
We kindly ask everyone to respect our store policy to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all customers.
All orders, once confirmed, cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned unless the item becomes unavailable or is delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
