- All preorder items are considered custom items. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned unless the item itself becomes unavailable or is delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
- Preorder timelines may vary depending on stock availability and production schedules.
- STRICTLY NO REFUND once order is confirmed.
- Please make sure all order details are final before placing your order. This policy especially applies to unreasonable change-of-mind cancellations or requests after confirmation.
- We kindly ask everyone to respect our store policy to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all customers.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Failure to claim or refusal to accept your order upon delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.

Some items at Mariqueño are available on a preorder basis. Timelines vary by product type:

- Shoes (30 to 45 days or earlier)
