IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • All preorder items are considered custom items. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned unless the item itself becomes unavailable or is delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
  • Preorder timelines may vary depending on stock availability and production schedules.
  • STRICTLY NO REFUND once order is confirmed.
  • Please make sure all order details are final before placing your order. This policy especially applies to unreasonable change-of-mind cancellations or requests after confirmation.
  • We kindly ask everyone to respect our store policy to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all customers.

SPECIAL NOTES

  • Failure to claim or refusal to accept your order upon delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts or repeated cancellations may affect your eligibility to place future orders.
  • For security purposes, Mariqueño reserves the right to decline or cancel suspicious orders.

PREORDERS
Some items at Mariqueño are available on a preorder basis. Timelines vary by product type:

  • Barong Tagalog (15 to 30 days or earlier)
  • Shoes (30 to 45 days or earlier)
  • Bags  (15 to 30 days or earlier)
