Warranty Policy
At Mariqueño, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our Lifetime Repair Warranty is designed to help extend the life of your shoes, bags, and accessories by covering eligible minor repairs caused by normal use. This page outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request a warranty repair.
BAGS WARRANTY
- 7-Day Replacement Warranty – We offer a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery and must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
- Lifetime Free Repair Warranty – All Mariqueño bag products are covered by a lifetime free repair warranty, subject to assessment and repairability. This warranty covers stitching repairs and hardware repairs or replacement, including zippers, buckles, snaps, rivets, and other metal components.
- Warranty Exclusions – This warranty does not cover punctures, cuts, tears, scratches, stains, discoloration, burns, or any damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper storage, water exposure, chemicals, extreme heat, or other external factors. Normal wear and tear of leather and materials are also not covered.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation. Products deemed non-repairable or with damages falling under the warranty exclusions may not qualify for free repair or replacement.
SHOE WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- 7-Day Replacement Warranty – We offer a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Exchange Eligibility – To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and must be in the same condition as when received.
- For leather shoes, the item must be free from damage caused by customer handling, including but not limited to scratches, excessive creasing, stains, alterations, sole wear, or any signs of regular use.
- If the shoes have creases beyond repair due to fitting or use, a ₱500 fee will be charged as the item will be classified as a clearance sale item.
- The item must be unworn and unused, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and inserts intact.
- Custom-made orders, personalized products, premium collaborations, accessories, gift cards, final sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
- We do not cover damages caused by customer misuse, accidents, negligence, improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, extreme heat, pets, or other external factors.
- FREE LABOR REPAIR WARRANTY – All Mariqueño shoes are covered by a lifetime free labor repair warranty. Repair services such as re-stitching, re-gluing, sole reattachment, and other workmanship-related repairs are provided free of labor charges whenever repairable.
- Materials required for repair, including but not limited to soles, heels, insoles, leather components, eyelets, laces, and other replacement parts, shall be charged separately to the customer.
- Normal wear and tear, leather creasing, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, sole wear, and damages resulting from regular use are not covered under the warranty.
- All warranty, repair, exchange, and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by Mariqueño. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair, exchange, or replacement.
